Aeronav Acadamy was accredited by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (CACAA) as a Flight Training School in 2005. The flying school specialises in a range of courses, licences and ratings, and their fleet of aircraft include Diamond DA20, Cessna 182’s and a Diamond Twinstar Multi-engine.

Flight Training:

• Ground School – PPL & CPL theoretical subjects.
• Simulator Training -  SACAA approved FNPT 1 “On Top” Cirrus II Instrument Procedural Flight Simulator for advanced PPL training as well as training for Night Rating and Instrument Rating.
• Private Pilot Licence – first step on the flying ladder.
• Night Rating – instrument flying.
• Instrument Rating – fly an aircraft safely and professionally in bad  weather conditions.
• Multi-Engine Rating – fly aircraft with more than one engine.
• Commercial Pilot Licence – work as a Professional Pilot and can legally be paid to fly.
• Instructors Rating – to work as an instructor at any flight school in the country.
• Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) – allows you to fly bigger aircraft at a professional level.
