Gryphon Flight Acadamy was established in 2006, and offers a variety of courses in Gauteng and Cape Town, which include Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine pilot training, Airline Transport and Flight Instructor courses (Grade 3). The Acadamy is affiliated with American Flyers, a leading flight school in the USA, and offers the American FAA Licence courses.
